Who is responsible for your data

These terms apply to everything bought through this site.

What is for sale

Decision Movement Scorecard — €95

A digital document, delivered as a PDF by email immediately after payment. Nothing physical is shipped.

Capital Connect — €1,500 + VAT in this first round, limited to five places. €9,500 + VAT after this round.

Twelve weeks of one-to-one work: ten 90-minute sessions, and two implementation weeks with shorter check-ins instead of a full session.

Email access for short questions connected to the work, with a reply aimed at within two business days.

Email support continues for a further twelve weeks after the programme weeks end, with no scheduled sessions in that period. Support runs for 24 weeks in total from the day we start.

Joining Capital Connect begins with a call. I may say the programme is not right for your situation, and in that case you cannot buy it.

Prices, VAT and payment

Prices are in euro. VAT is added where it applies, depending on where you are and whether you are buying as a business or as a private individual.

Payment is handled by Stripe. I never see or store your card details.

The Scorecard is paid in full at purchase. Capital Connect is paid in full before the first session.

Delivery

The Scorecard is delivered by email immediately after payment. If it has not arrived within an hour, check your spam folder and then email me. I will send it directly.

Capital Connect starts when you commit. There is no cohort date to wait for.

Right of withdrawal

If you are buying on behalf of a business, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. These terms are what govern your purchase.

If you are buying as a private individual, you have 14 days to withdraw.

For the Scorecard, you are asked at checkout to confirm that you want the file delivered immediately, and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once it is sent. If you give that confirmation and the file is sent, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

For Capital Connect, the right of withdrawal runs for 14 days from the day we agree. If you ask me to start inside those 14 days and then withdraw, you pay for what has already been delivered, in proportion to the whole. Once the programme has been delivered in full, with your prior consent to starting and your acknowledgement of this term, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

Nothing in these terms affects a right you have under Danish or EU law that cannot be waived.

Rescheduling and missed sessions

A session can be moved with at least 24 hours' notice.

A session you do not attend, and have not moved, counts as used.

If I need to move a session, we find a new time and it does not count.

What Capital Connect does, and does not do

Capital Connect works on your investor decision process: what appears to be blocking movement, how the Decision Case is built, where your investor time goes, and how you lead the conversation.

It does not include, and is not a substitute for, scientific, legal, regulatory, securities, tax or specialist financing advice. I do not set your valuation, raise amount, financing instrument, capital structure, or scientific or regulatory milestones.

There is no guarantee that you will raise. An investor's decision is not something either of us controls. Nothing on this site is a promise of a term sheet, a funded round, or a particular amount of capital.

Investor introductions are not part of what you are buying. They happen when I see a genuine fit, at no extra cost, and I do not promise them or put a number on them.

There is no success fee, performance fee or percentage of capital raised.

Who does the work

You sit in the room. You answer the questions. You decide which investors deserve your time. You lead the conversation.

I am not acting as your agent, broker, adviser or representative towards any investor, and I do not negotiate on your behalf.

Confidentiality

What you tell me about your company, your raise and your investor conversations stays between us.

In this first round I ask for three things in return, and they are part of what you are agreeing to:

feedback as we go, including a short written note around the halfway point, which I may use publicly

a written testimonial and a short video at the end

your before-and-after as a case study, which can use your name or be anonymised, as you choose

The case study is about the programme and whether you got what you came for. Not whether your round closed.

If you want any of these to work differently in your case, say so before we start.

Apart from these, I will not identify you as a client, quote you, or describe your situation publicly without asking you first.

Recordings

Sessions are recorded only if we have agreed to it. You can ask for a copy, and you can ask for a recording to be deleted at any time.

Recordings are kept for twelve months after the programme ends, then deleted.

Materials

The frameworks, templates and documents I bring to the work stay mine. You have a licence to use them for your own company's fundraising, for as long as you want. You cannot resell them, publish them, or use them to deliver a similar service to others.

Everything about your company stays yours. Your Decision Case is yours. The science is yours.

Liability

I am liable for direct losses caused by my own material breach of these terms, up to the amount you have paid.

I am not liable for lost investment, lost revenue, lost opportunity, the outcome of any investor conversation, or any decision you take as a result of the work. Those depend on things neither of us controls.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Danish law.

If something goes wrong

Email me. I would rather hear it in week four than read it in a review.

If we cannot resolve it between us, these terms are governed by Danish law, and the Danish courts have jurisdiction.

If you are a private individual, you can also take a complaint to Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager, and from there to Forbrugerklagenævnet, through the complaints portal at kpo.naevneneshus.dk.

Changes

I may change these terms for future purchases. The terms that apply to you are the ones in force on the day you bought.
